1. Who you are agreeing with
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Cihan Karabalta, operating under the trade name TrustEdge Labs as a sole proprietorship (türkiye / şahıs şirketi), registered in Türkiye under tax ID 5020827413 (referred to here as "we," "us," or "TrustEdge Labs"). They cover your use of www.trustedgelabs.dev (the "Site").
2. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- use the Site or any of its endpoints in a way that violates Turkish law, the law of the country you are connecting from, or another person's rights;
- submit information you do not have the right to submit, including confidential information that belongs to a third party without authorization;
- test, probe, or scan the Site without our prior written consent (responsible disclosure: see /security/disclosure);
- interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use the Site to send unsolicited or automated traffic;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your authority to act on behalf of an organization in any form submission.
3. Submitting a form
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it, and that TrustEdge Labs may contact you using the email address and phone number you have entered to respond to your inquiry.
If a form asks you to confirm authorization to commission security testing, that confirmation is part of these Terms. Submitting it falsely is a material breach and may expose you to civil and criminal liability, both in Türkiye and in the jurisdiction where the asset is located.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, code, copy, illustrations, and brand assets are owned by TrustEdge Labs (or its licensors) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to reuse, copy, or republish them except:
- incidental browser-cache copies necessary to view the Site;
- quotations of small extracts for review, news, education, or fair-dealing/fair-use purposes recognized under applicable law;
- the express terms of any open-source license we publish on a specific repository.
5. Third-party links and content
The Site links to third-party sites (e.g. worklora.app, GitHub). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any site we don't operate.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, although we make reasonable efforts to keep it that way.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustEdge Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability for matters arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred Turkish lira (₺100). For paid security engagements, the liability cap in the Engagement Terms applies instead.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustEdge Labs and its owner from and against any claim, damage, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your unauthorized use of the Site, or your submission of a form containing false or unauthorized information.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are signaled by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, refuse, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Republic of Türkiye for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives a consumer the right to sue or be sued in another forum.
12. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any executed engagement letter, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
